Set in the midst of vineyards, at the foot aof the Cevennes, this former fortified farmhouse dating from the 12th and 16th centuries guarantees peace and quiet midway between the sea and the mountains on the boundary of the Hérault and the Gard departments. The Domaine is first and foremost a wine estate. The owner, who had always been drawn to her grandmother's kitchen, decided to don the apron too. First she started a little preserving business, and then opened an inn.
