Specialities (depending on the season): Timbale de Gnocchi de cuisses de Grenouilles et queues d’Ecrevisses à la crème de Champagne sur un lit de Lentilles corail comme un risotto au lard fumé - Rôti de Plie et Canard sur une galette à la salade et basilic, jus de cuisson aux éclats de Châtaigne - Crémeux de Chocolat blanc vanillé sur un confit d’Endives au Citron, verveine et le craquant d’un Florentin.
