Valérie and Lucien Barba have marked the 4th generation of their family by creating the concept of the fishmonger/brasserie. Lucien welcomes you aboard his "boat" so that you can sample all the delights of the sea. You choose your fish or shellfish straight off the stall or catch your crustaceans in a tank. Then in the kitchen, Valérie prepares them as you like with all the flavours of the Mediterranean.
