In the town centre, above the town hall square and overlooking the Fontaine du Pouffre, Valéry Pignone, offers creative and original feminine cuisine. In a new dining room, the fragrances and colours of the Mediterranean are everywhere. Daniel will be very happy to explain the menu with its dishes made from local ingredients. The Chef, Valéry Pignone, has been awarded the status of Master Restaurateur.
Specialities: Saint-Jacques poélée aux endives caramélisées, émultion iodée, rameaux de salicornes - Croquettes d'Agneau aux pistaches, sauce au yaourt - Gâteau de semoule poire-chocolat au lait d'amandes, glace miel pignons.

July/August/September, open every day. Open every day during school holidays. The rest of the year, Wednesday to Sunday. Closed 15 days in January. Booking advisable.
