The Auberge offers dishes made with produce from its vegetable garden and mediaeval grounds. Local produce, drinks made from aromatic plants and the estate’s fine wines. The food is natural and tasty, full of Mediterranean fragrance, with dishes of the day and “home-cooked” meals.
The content of the menus depends on what has been gathered in the garden that day or bought from local producers. A range of salads with wonderful colours and flavours, plancha-fried dishes and vegetables stewed with garrigue herbs, fruit sorbets and summer spices.
