In this restaurant shaded by the splendid plane trees on this square in the town centre, Mickael Diore devotes himself to preparing a wide range of inventive dishes based on local products: pan-fried foie gras and French toast, caramel strawberries or melt-in-the-mouth boned pig’s trotters. Indoors the décor is the bare stone walls of old Montpellier and the atmosphere is nice and cosy.
