Laure can advise you in your choice of her specialities or explain how to use her onion jam with different kinds of foie gras, for her major speciality is duck in all its shapes and forms. From its breasts to its gizzards, she knows how to make a duck delicious by preserving, drying or smoking it, turning into a terrine. She can make it into rillettes or scratchings too. These products, along with a wide range of estate wines, can be enjoyed at the inn, but gourmets will also find them in the shop installed in a former winery. The restaurant is also labelled Qualité Hérault, see the relevant section.
